Jerry hates it when things break. He remembers seeing people get frustrated when a computer system failed them, wasting their hard work. It didn't feel right. He promised himself he would be the one to fix it.

He spent years learning the hardest parts of computer programming, just so he could build things that never let people down. He treats every line of code like a safety net for the person using it.
