This AGREEMENT is made between Nairobi HealthTech Ltd ("Company") and David Omondi ("Contributor").
Contributor agrees to deliver the Core Payment Infrastructure as defined in Exhibit A.
In exchange for services, Contributor shall receive 5.0% EQUITY (4-Year Vesting) upon milestone completion.
All work product created by Contributor shall be the sole property of the Company.
